We do understand that there are often unavoidable reasons for late notice cancellation, so please get in touch with us to discuss this if you can no longer attend a course, you are booked on.

There are several reasons why some of our courses are free:

Our partner boards have purchased an EC4H package, which enables them to run EC4H courses within their health board. These courses are usually free for the staff who work within their health board.

We are sometimes commissioned to run bespoke training for specific staff groups.

We also run free communication webinars which are open to all healthcare staff.

EC4H are a value-based organisation. We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable services to healthcare workers. To enable us to offer high quality communication training we charge a fee to cover our running costs – tutors, admin support, website support.
