This is one of our new programmes. It is led by lead tutors who are qualified psychologists. The programme is set up to be interactional and psycho educational, helping participants to understand normal psychological processes that lead to conflict and isolation, as well as approaches that resolve conflict.
Early resolution of conflict can help maintain working relationships and resolve disputes before they escalate leading to grievances. Participants will be empowered with the communication skills and confidence to hold those difficult early resolution conversations to achieve the best outcome possible.
